The lessons are scheduled on a weekly basis during the school term dates. In order to reserve your preferred time slot, lessons will be booked automatically in advance with your tutor. We require you to commit to at least a six-month worth of lessons in advance. After that, your lessons will continue in accordance with the stated terms. You can cancel any lesson at any time by sending an email to uxbridgepianoschool@gmail.com.

5.1 Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, in which case your tutor will endeavour to re-arrange the lesson for another slot in the same week. If this cannot be arranged, the lesson will move forward into the next term and future invoices will be amended accordingly.
If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the cost of the lesson will be applied as a cancellation fee.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review these changes. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
